Exhibition Procedures: Exhibiting units are requested to diligently complete the "Exhibition Registration Form," affix their official seal, and submit it to the committee staff. Exhibition fees should be remitted to the designated account of the committee for qualification confirmation.

Conference Arrangements: The committee will send the "Exhibition Manual" (regarding schedule arrangements, exhibit transportation, hotel accommodation, booth construction, etc.) to all participating units 30 days prior to the event.
