Expense description:

◆ All fees must be paid by US dollars (USD) only. No taxes applicable.

◆ Inclusions：

1.The registration fee includes admission to the plenary sessions, technical sessions, Welcome Reception, 3-day lunch, the Exhibition and the Ride & Drive.

2.Guest registration fee includes admission to the Exhibition and the Gala Dinner. Guest tickets are only for spouses. Guest registrations do not allow access to the symposium or plenary sessions.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation of registration must be made in writing and received by the Secretariat register@evs34.org.cn before the dates below:

◆ On or before May 10, 2021: Cancellations will be accepted, with full refund after the Symposium minus a $50 administration charge.

◆ After May 10, 2021: No refunds will be accepted
